Replace IKEA induction cooktop with another. Have confirmed it fits correctly in the existing bench cutout. Install new porch light - not to existing wiring. New sconce-style light to be mounted on wall near power point by front door, switch mounted inside of front door. Reinstall power point on porch. Please see close up of hole, I believe the electrician who removed the previous power point terminated the wiring just inside the wall. Just added picture of switch board per requests. I have a gas cooktop. Last week the distributor identified a leak and shut off the gas connection at the Meter. Price mentioned is jus indicative. Can be discussed further. Need it done asap. After checking a plumber is unable to identify the leak. It's taking a lot of time and looks like he might have break through some wall. I want to find out if it's easier to jus replace gas to induction cooktop? There is no other gas usage in my property other than cooktop

Bosh 6 burners cook top needs service. Two burners are not working

Looking for someone experienced with gas cooktops to come and have a look at mine. It’s been working fine for years, but recently some burners have very little flame, won’t light at all, or won’t stay lit. It feels like something may be clogged or needs a good service/clean. Prefer someone who has dealt with this before and can hopefully repair/service it rather than replace the whole cooktop.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician who can disconnect hardwired appliances and replace ceiling fans / lights ahead of stripout and painting. I am renovating my kitchen/house and need the following work completed: 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the power to an existing built-in electric oven/cooktop so it can be removed. The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). This is the first stage of the renovation. After the kitchen and laundry strip out is complete, I will also need a licensed electrician to return to connect the new oven and other electrical work, so there will be additional work available.
