I attempted to remove an old shower tap spindle but it was stuck, so I sawed it off. The brass body is still stuck in the wall and I can’t remove it. I need someone experienced to: Remove the remaining spindle safely Check the breech and reseat if needed Install the new ceramic disc tap set (already purchased) Ensure it’s not leaking and is fully functional Water is currently turned off — hot water runs when turned on. I’ve isolated the hot water supply.

I have a shower tap set and basin tap that need a washer change. However they are a square tap which I understand needs a special washer change. You would need to source materials as I’m unsure what to buy.

Need paint chips fixed up before moving out. One chip on one wall and the other chips are on a separate wall. I have the paint, brush and spakfilla to fix it so would be labour only and shouldn’t take more than an hour. Could do myself but happy to pay someone to do a better job than I would.
