Hi need someone with good experience in rendering to render some steps

The door handle/knob and lock are loose on the accessible bathroom door. This is causing the door latch to stick, making the door hard to open or occasionally temporarily locked until the handle is wiggled. The hardware needs to be tightened or replaced as this is an accessibility hazard.

Need 2 mixer taps replaced, 1 in kitchen the other in laundry. I have the taps already.

Car rear brake lights remaining on after car switched off (old Nissan Pathfinder). Drained battery. Need jump start (I have electric jumpstarter) and rectify problem with the lights

Fix some paint chips on my wall and repaint the wall, i don’t have the paint, so would need colour matching as well

Looking for someone who can help small gaps/joints around my balcony and the balcony door (along the sides and bottom). When it rains with strong side winds, some water gets in through these gaps. You’ll need to bring your own sealant and tools. Just want everything sealed up properly so it’s watertight and looks tidy. Please see photos with gaps/joint areas highlighted in red

Hi, looking for someone to grind and remove two bamboo stumps, each one is about 1-1.5m wide. We have already cut down and applied herbicide as shown. This is in the back yard, access is through a side gate with 93cm clearance, so please confirm your grinder is suitable. Let me know if you need any more info - thanks.

Dig out 1 olive tree stump. Dig out 1 Frangipani tree stump. Dig out on large Brid of Paradise plant. Both Stumps and Bird of Paradise are in the front yard, next to the driveway. Just leave stumps and plant on premises.
