I have no idea on what this is worth so just send through your offer! I need a clustered blob of tree stumps removed from beside my house. This has been sitting for over a year and as a result the large palm stump is beginning to disintegrate around the edges. The gap between the pictured stumps and the side of the house is about 1m and we have an area in our back yard to dump the debris.

I have 2 tree stumps against my house and the garage. I would like them manually removed as much as possible, to at least below the soil line. Enough to enable me to lay pipe over the top for drainage. There is no room or ability to use a stump grinder due to their proximity to the house and garage.

Medium stump is 31cm, small stumps are 15 and 12cm and extra small is 5cm. Entrance through colorbond gate and the stumps are on a mild slope

The metal stirrups that connect and support the deck have rusted away and need replacing.

There are two toilets at home which need attention. The first toilet has a little bit of a leak in it and needs to be set back into the wall and the upstairs toilet. I want to have one of those Japanese style toilet seats installed.

Iron gate has some issues, not even.. need to fix it.. Tile of bathroom has come out, need to fix it.. some of the house pillar need to be fixed..minor repairs.. roof of the bathroom has some paint out,.

I have cut the branches off 2 Lillypillys and the third is a tall stump. The other three stumps to be cut to the ground are 2 x lemon scented tea trees and 1 x NZ Christmas bush.

Will be all marked out prior to your arrival. all pipes accessible under the house + will have walls demo’d to the frame. Is currently run with PEX pipe + PEX fitting. Probably 1/2 day work. I have a project car that has rust and needs work . Cant move it so looking for a semi retired, retired or weekend work to come do some hours . Will need his own tools . Have some but not enough .I will supply materials. Work on an hourly rate or qoute . I am semi retired as well so can help. There is a green bush and a couple of palm trees. Don’t take the crown out of the palm trees though. Take the green bush down about a metre below the horizon line please. Please take prunings away. - Due date: Flexible
