Needs someone easy to negotiate, patient and attention to details, as the space is tight and the building is heritage protected.

I have a tenant complaining that the fuse keeps tripping in the apartment. Looking for an electrician to look at the issue. The electricity tripped the switchboard located in the common area twice since the issue was last reported. During one of the incidents, the tenant advised they were only using two fans; however, the power tripped around midnight. On both occasions, the tenant had to contact the building manager to assist with restoring power. We have also confirmed with the tenant that no new appliances have been used in the property.

There are two leaky taps I need to get fixed, both are wall-mounted.

Two (2) leaking taps. You will need the right parts to remove, which is one of the old school extraction/removal tool, most likely replacement on the washers. See photos on the two (2) taps, one at laundry and one in toilet.

there are dog scratches on the door, this side shown is also slightly chipped. Both sides will need to be repainted.
