There are two leaky taps I need to get fixed, both are wall-mounted.

I need a skilled handyman/painter to repair several small issues inside an apartment located in Melbourne CBD. 1. Repair gaps between wall and skirting board (multiple areas) • Visible gaps have formed along the skirting. • Tasks include: • Re-secure any loose skirting if needed • Fill gaps with caulk/gap filler • Sand once dry • Touch-up paint (white) 2. Repair damaged skirting corner • One skirting corner is cracked/broken. • Tasks include: • Patch or replace the small damaged section • Sand smooth • Repaint to match existing skirting 3. Repair cracked paint around ceiling vent • There are cracks in the paint/plaster surrounding the circular ceiling vent. • Tasks include: • Scrape loose/cracked paint • Apply filler/patching compound • Sand smooth • Repaint the area neatly around the vent (white) What needs to be supplied by the tasker: • Tools (scraper, sandpaper, caulking gun, small saw if needed) • Gap filler / caulk • Plaster/filler for ceiling crack • Paint (white) and brushes • Ladder for ceiling work Location: Melbourne CBD

Two (2) leaking taps. You will need the right parts to remove, which is one of the old school extraction/removal tool, most likely replacement on the washers. See photos on the two (2) taps, one at laundry and one in toilet.

The shower head is leaking, and the taps need to be replaced. The previous plumber advised that the taps were worn and would need fixing or replacement soon.

there are dog scratches on the door, this side shown is also slightly chipped. Both sides will need to be repainted.

The tap is constantly dripping, not amount of tightening turns it off. Carpark available while working.

Apartment Building- 568 Collins Street Hot water not coming in the shower but coming in Bathroom tap & Kitchen tap.

I believe there are several cracks and gaps in the kitchen cupboards where cockroaches are creeping through. Silicone gun can fix the problem. I believe it's 1 hour job as I have very small kitchen in a small apartment. I'm not wanting any treatment chemicals, sprays etc..

Using a silicon gun block those small gaps and cracks so that cockroaches cannot get in
