We require to have our basin taps set removed, and our shower taps and shower head in 2 bathrooms. Both Bathrooms have a basin and shower. The bathroom is being resurfaced on Monday. Then we require you to comeback on Saturday 20th or Sunday 21st have the new ones installed.

The clamp of the laundry door is coming off. These needs to be put back in place and fixed. This door can completely come off and fall creating a hazard so it's a bit urgent .

I need 4 palm roots removed. Access to the back yard is limited as per the photos.

Remove 11 tree stumps. The majority are small, with a width of less than 200 mm. One large olive tree stump is approximately 500 mm wide. Please check the photos for exact measurements. Limited side door access Would have to wheel machinery through the house (double doors front and back)

I'm doing a laundry reno and I need someone to cap some water taps that are embedded in the cabinet, make sure it is simple to install a tap back on in the future P.S. it's extra work but if you can also cap off an electrical socket that would be great! if not it's all good. I'm negotiable on quotes.

**REPOSTED as my SPECS CHANGED** I need 3 x bougainvillea stumps ground out please. Two are approx 30cm in diameter. One is approximately 20cm in diameter. Its a fairly narrow space. 60cm between the fence and the limestone block (see pics ) However we can remove fence by cutting it away. There is some old bitumen surrounding the stumps that will easily come away - crumbles. Retic is approx 54cm from the fence. I have tried to attach photos. They won't upload. Will try and add in comments Ideally I'd like this done Friday morning, but open to another time. Must be done by Sunday afternoon
