Air Conditioner keeps changing zones. There are 2 controllers, the issue is duplicated, which tells its not controller related necessarily. Its a 18 year old Actron ac.

I have moved out of the house. I need someone to make minor paint touch ups on the walls of the house. Im putting some pictures for reference. There are existing paints if you can use them for reference. There is a floor plan of the house for reference too

A number of hedge stumps that need removing. Am available to help however do not have the correct resources to do the task alone! Probably about 9-10 stumps to remove in total.

Just general touch-ups on paint. Majority of it is black. It would be good if we can have someone that can look at the paint, match it and touch up the area. We no longer have the paint available and we don't know what we used.

A few plants/ shrubs have been cut down to the stumps. All branches have been trimmed off ready to be binned. One the circuit breakers keeps getting tripped. Rest of the house got power except for few power points are not working. I have disconnected all the loads still the circuit breaker tripped. Need an electrician to find the fault and rectify the issue.

Need to have some concrete caps cut for retaining wall

The kitchen sink tap and en suite bedroom tap are both loose and moving when I turn them on and use them and they need to be tightened. It’s a very very simple job. I have just move back to my house and I don’t have any tools though until my container arrives, so I’d be grateful if somebody could come and do this for a reasonable price. I think it would probably be no more than 10 minutes per tap.

There are gaps in the architrave that need to be filled. Also, the flyscreen mesh needs to be replaced as it has holes in it.

2 jobs - make right on front door. I assume itll need a light sand and paint. See picture - plug hole/ indent in wall from old fixture and then paint
