I have had a leak in an upstalrs toilet room which has compromised the flooring. I have removed tiles, toilet etc and now need someone to remove the current flooring. This flooring apprears to be concrete sheets on top of some sort of particle board. Room size 930mm x 1490mm. 50m2 of concrete floor has carpet underlay adhesive that needs to be removed. The adhesive is around 1mm thick, not sticky. There are also some high spots that need to be locked down (5mm). Going to lay vinyl plank flooring over it.

Hi airtaskers, I’m located in narre warren south and after a quote for my house frontage (I want to concrete the porch area and do a floating steps) The porch area is indicated in yellow measurement L 7.5 w 1.85 The floating steps area is indicated in black It is 2 metre between the porch area and the driveway ( I don’t know if this is what you guys call it by the way) and the height is 1 metre (steep driveway) Roughly how much would that cost? Which includes everything please … take into your consideration might be excavation work as the house already high around 2 metre off the road; however the floating steps will finish around 1 metre high Please mention the rough estimate and I’m here to provide all the info required
