My computer is slow and I have tried everything but it slow and browser is not loading.

Looking for a knowledgeable computer/IT person to come to my home and help organise my digital files and storage. Tasks will include: Sorting and organising thousands of photos and files on my Windows PC Transferring and backing up photos from my phone Setting up and organising cloud storage (OneDrive, Google Drive, or similar) Creating a sensible folder structure and backup system Removing duplicate files and photos where appropriate Assisting with general computer housekeeping and optimisation Potentially reformatting one or more computers and helping reinstall software if required Providing advice on the best way to safely store and back up important family and business files moving forward I'm looking for someone patient, organised, trustworthy, and experienced with Windows PCs, Android/iPhone devices, cloud storage, backups, and general IT support.
