The paper blockage is possibly caused by a cotton bud falling down the paper feed. Although under warranty, Epson’s registered repairers are only at Victor Harbor, Murray Bridge or Nurioopta. We cannot remove the back of the printer to see if this is the problem.Other recommended fixes for paper jams haven’t helped.

I need some help with my dad’s email account. Here is the issues he is facing 1.He has an old version of outlook but he is not receiving his emails 2. Lots of his old emails from before September have gone (could be an issue with storage or version of outlook) 3. He has issues with resetting password. If you do a good job we will get you to help my dad every time he has an issue - which is ever few months

Personal Hotspot not connecting on TV. It has been for 18 months prior. Connecting on Computer and Laptop. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 27 June 2023
He might have 20yrs experience but not fixing a ‘Personal Hotspot’ issue. He never stopped negatively speaking about my TV as rubbish and about Apple, also negatively. Out of his depth which he mentioned his lack of digital ability when he couldn’t solve the problem. He reset and wouldn’t listen to me that it needed my phones password. He made up one and spoke down to me, although I had set up the TV 18 mths ago. He was even over speaking the TV company’s Technican and I had to politely ask him to listen to the advice. The following morning I reset again and it took me extra time as I couldn’t work out why it wasn’t accepting my password. Pairing phone to TV wasn’t even suggested! He should not put his name forward for a job when he hasn’t the expertise. I had made it clear what the problem was.
