Dear Potential Tasker, I have a Philips Commercial Screen (86") which needs both a firmware update & software upgrade (which you need to bring on USB). A Senior Tech will guide you on what to do over the phone, however you will need to prepare the USB before you get to site. The location is a retail store in a Shopping Centre in Glen Waverley. It is not expected this task will take more than an hour. You need to have IT experience and have done software installation before (minimum requirement).
