I have a allied stinger custom gaming PC, I can use it for abit but after sometime it randomly shuts down and I can’t turn it back on, and then when I do turn it back on it shuts down quicker before I can do anything, I thought it might have something to do with heating, the first time it happened I got a blue screen called bit locked which I’ll add a photo, I followed the prompts and it was working again but still shutting down

Hi team. I have two GH-019 boards from 39002 PS2’s. One has a magic 3+ and developed a fault after laser replacement. I removed C835 trying to isolate the fault. The fault is no eject, no laser, no video on startup. Power to power button, no power or led for eject button. I fear the BA5815FM is shorted like from broken ribbon cable not identified until after power supplied to unit. The other board seems to work fine but video is glitchy. Audio and discs were working but video is garbled. I assume a resistor array issue. I will try and ascertain what resistor is outside of range if I can. Looking for someone confident in PS2 repairs in Cairns.

I’ve just purchased a brand-new Aftershock PC but forgot to order the RGB light strips when I had it built. I’ve now ordered the two RGB strips separately and am looking for someone experienced with building/working on PCs to come and install them for me. I’m not very handy when it comes to working inside PCs, so I’d rather have someone who knows what they’re doing. From what I understand, one connects around the motherboard and the other around the GPU, but I’ll have both strips ready to go. Should be a pretty straightforward job for someone experienced with PCs - I’d estimate around 30 minutes or so. Just looking for someone who can install them neatly and make sure everything is connected and working correctly.

You would need to have only a very basic understanding of audio visual to help, and we are able to talk you through the removal of the unit before delivering to another part of Brisbane for the assessment and repair.

My computer liquid cooler has failed I think, and the PC will no longer boot up past the fail screen, forcing it to go into the setup screen when I press F1. I think it is trying to protect the motherboard from overheating which makes sense. The fans are all spinning, but last night the ones at the front were spinning at 1000rpm, leading me to think it's pushing the front fan into overdrive to compensate for the AIO not working. The AIO liquid cooler showed no activity in the F1 boot up screen leading me to think it has failed and needs to be replaced. Job is for someone to come out this Saturday with the correct or better quality part, and replace the damaged part or remove the liquid cooling system, and install a noctua nh-d15 or similar quality fan cooler.
