Hi there! I need help setting up a new gaming computer - I already have my WFH desk and computer next to it so we’ll have work around that and ensure everything looks neat and is set up ready to go. Thanks!!

I got a new pc, plugged it in and everything was fine, updated it and now it won’t connect to my monitor. It says there is no signal. Also there is a red glow light on the motherboard now.

My work printer is in Bundall and my home printer is in Broadbeach Waters. I am at work today but will be heading home around lunchtime. I will have a client at work tomorrow, finishing at 11am, and can be at work for a couple of hours after that then likely heading home. I have flexiblity as work and home are close. Work printer suddenly gives Error message. Have tried reinstalling, hasn't worked. Home printer hasn't worked for a while. Work Canon Maxify GX3060, Home HP11641D smart tank wireless. I do need them fixed by tomorrow at the latest if possible (or at least one) as I have to have docuemnts signed and witnessed. Thank you

I’ve got a desktop computer setup that’s about three-quarters built — it just needs to be finished off and made fully operational. All parts are here and ready to go, including: Tower (mostly assembled) Two monitors Fan system Keyboard & mouse Cables and components The job is simply to: 1. Finish assembling the PC (it’s mostly done — wiring and final checks left). 2. Install Windows (if needed) and make sure it’s all up and running properly. 3. Connect and test both monitors and peripherals. The parts were purchased new from Computer Mart, and the system has been halfway completed by a friend who couldn’t finish it (he got sick, in hospital) Location: Arunde, Gold Coastl, QLD Access: Flexible hours, can be done during the day or early evening.

Having trouble setting up new wifi system with SpinTel. I cannot activate my account, meaning I am unable to activate the system itself.

Brother HL-L2305W used to print without problem using either cable connection to computer or airprinting from different devices. Now it won’t AirPrint and I’m having difficulty working out how to establish the WiFi connection. Printer keeps going to sleep. WiFi working as normal.

Require assistance with a Brother Printer- approx 2 years old. Issue- it is not recognising the black cartridge for some reason. I purchased a new one yesterday and replaced it but it is still showing the black cartridge as empty for some reason. I assume this would be a simple fix for someone who has a better understanding of printers. The model number is on the pictures. Hoping someone can assist 🙏

Sons comouter is starting up correctly, but once he logs in it fails to actually load my home screen correctly. It's completely grey, he can access task manager and alot of the background systems. But his home screen wont load

I’m looking for an experienced technician to install a new computer network cable to reposition my NBN router to a different location within my garage (see attached image for reference). The task involves running the cable neatly within the walls of my home/garage. I’d prefer someone with experience in this type of work who can supply all necessary materials and equipment, such as Cat6A or Cat8 cable and face plates. Looking for a tech-savvy tasker to assist us with switching out the PCP board on one of our customers Virtual Pinball Machine. A lack of button functionality has been reported and we are leaning this towards being a simple re-connection requirement which could have been caused during transit from NSW > QLD. My son is selling his PC and we need a service cleaned performed internally and externally please to remove dust and grime build up.

New computer. Somehow got OneDrive. Havoc! Can't print, can't save. Uninstalled OneDrive. Problems persist. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2016. Made no difference. I am not tech savvy. Need someone to come to fix this problem that is well known. Somehow MS has not got a sloution yet.
