I’m looking for an electrician or electronics technician with experience repairing small circuit boards. My Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard and Mouse USB dongle was damaged when my laptop fell and hit it. The dongle is still recognised by the computer, but the keyboard and mouse no longer connect. I believe it likely needs resoldering or minor circuit board repair.

I am finding it impossible to re-establish my email feed. It demands a user name and IMAP account! Whassat? I have lost my Apple passwords as well! Stuck. Tried everything I can. I can access Web Mail but it's slow and clunky. Note - I am in a care home as I lost the use of my legs recentlty (but not my mind). I am virtually paraplegic. Not a problem. - visitors are welcome. But I need email desperately for contact with the outside world!

Got to me in an awkward situation and was extremely helpful. Cleared up two problems instead of just the one I expected. Sorted a problem that Optus could not after three weeks AND a web page difficulty. And he was good company, friendly as well. Highly recommended. Thanks mate.
