I need a chandelier taken down and replaced with a new one. Must note that the spot where it is attached to the ceiling needs to change and therefore the roof will need to be replastered. I meed removal of an existing chandelier and installation of a new one

I've snapped one of the arms off my candelabra style chandelier. The contact point is too small and the arm is to heavy for regular glue. I need someone to reaffix the arm. The job doesn't have to look too clean, as long as the arm is affixed back in proper position. I'm not sure if this requires welding/soldering or not - if so, FYI - the cable for the lighting fixture runs through the candelabra arm. I'm happy for you to suggest any other ways you think you might be able to fix this. Cheers, John
