Hi, I need a licensed electrician to properly secure and conceal the exposed wiring for a ceiling fan in my apartment in Woolloongabba. The fan and light are working fine, but as you can see in the attached photo, the wiring at the ceiling is exposed and the mounting cover is loose. I want to ensure it’s safely and professionally fixed to comply with electrical safety standards. Please bring necessary tools and mounting hardware if needed. Access to the unit is easy and parking is available nearby. Looking to have this completed ASAP (flexible with times). Fix or replace ceiling fan.

A few of our ceiling fans make a ‘ticking’ noise when at a certain speed - would like someone to have a look and see if we can fix the noise as it’s too loud to sleep with. We have already tried to tighten and replace all screws. No idea on prices so open to suggestions

Fan blade fell off need to be re-attached. The Blade is fully intact.

I need an electrician to fix my Arlec ceiling fan. The light turns on but it is not spinning. I have bought a new remote with receiver that requires installation (swapping out). Should be a very quick and easy job. If it becomes more complicated, payment will be increased ofcourse. Would love it to be done asap.
