Find a professional ceiling fan repair service in QLD

I've got a Clipsal ACES48 ceiling fan with A Ventair VCLS/VCLW lighting kit that I have manage to unscrew unintentionally while trying to remove the lighting housing to inspect/replace the bulb. I need someone to correct this (and show me how to change the bulb in it..) I also have an older (separate to the above) style ceiling light that I would like replaced with an LED fitting (I have the replacement light as it was removed from another fixture in my apartment when installing another, different ceiling fan)

The ceiling fan stopped working a bit can still hear it hum and power to it. Looked online and determined that most likely the problem due to a faulty capacitor. I need a qualified electrician to come, assess and replace the capacitor.

Fan has 1 speed - slow! Think it's the capacitor?

The fan controller has 4 speed setting (off, 1, 2 and 3). Both 'off' and '1' do not start the fan. '2' and '3' spinning at the fastest rate. Likely the capacitor issue?
