No installation required—prep + stain only. Aim is a smooth, even, durable finish suitable for a sale-ready home. Work to include: Set up protected work area (dust control & drop sheets) Machine sand each tread back to raw timber Final vacuum & tack-wipe for dust-free surface Apply stain (supplied by me) evenly, I believe for the colour I am aiming for only one coat to be required. If extra coats are needed, happy to pay more on the day.
