I would like somebody to assist in making a side fence taller and closing gaps that my dog's are getting out through i didn't really care to much about like but would like it to be neat but work

Outside of house stained - Due date: Flexible

We have a timber balcony that needs repairing also handrail is not pool compliant and needs to be re done. Hand rails are not high enough to be pool compliant and gaps are too wide between posts. Looking to re do all hand rails. Timber in some parts of deck is showing signs of rot. Would need to be replaced.
