The job is to completely demolish a built-in wooden structure which is about the size of a double bed. Need to remove the covering panels and timber frame structure. Care should be taken when detatching from the walls to not cause additional damage, however the area will be prepared and repainted so it doesn't need to be patched after removal. The rubbish is to be moved down one flight of stairs but can be left onsite. The job needs to be done over the weekend or early next week. Flexible on time of day, can be done during the day time or after hours.

Looking for a licensed handyman with carpenting skills in order to do two tasks: 1) part of our side fence has broken and is tilted, half attached. It needs to be repaired by being placed back in the right place, and then being reinforced, likely with more wood. 2) the seating in the wooden barrel sauna has broken. One of the small supporting beams which is holding it up has rotten through and so the screws have come undone. This means the seat is wobbly and close to falling apart. You will need to bring your own tools and materials.
