Custom Painted Timber Storage Console – Garage/Home Office Looking for someone handy with cabinetry/carpentry experience to build a simple custom painted storage console for our garage/home office in Rose Bay. The aim is: - tidy concealed storage for mower/garden equipment - furniture-style appearance rather than garage shelving - cost-effective and practical rather than high-end joinery Approx dimensions: - around 1500–1600mm wide - approx 550mm deep - approx 780–800mm high Happy for dimensions to be adjusted to suit standard sheet sizes/material efficiencies. Requirements: - moisture-resistant MDF/timber construction suitable for garage conditions - painted finish (low sheen/satin) - simple shaker/inset panel detail preferred - oak/oak-look timber top - concealed hinges Happy for unit to be built onsite in the garage if easier. I will source hardware separately. The unit will sit below a wall-mounted TV and be styled like a sideboard/console. The gate no longer aligns with the side metal frame and hence can't lock. I'm looking for a new timber support for the supporting metal frame. Require the scope of works to include purchasing the timber frame, cutting to size, cutting grooves for the metal frame to fit in, and nailing/screwing into the fence. If any timber pieces can be reused, please reuse it. Next you will see a manhole to access below the house. Lay floating floor boards in 7x 3 room and 4x3 room. Yellow tongue already laid and area flat. Also secure ikea robe to wall/adjust one cupboard and caulk. gaps for built in appearance. We have laid the yellow tongue and can assist with the boards. Sunday or Monday preferably.
