I would like to raise a job request regarding a few of our outdoor dining tables that have visible damage. The surface on some of the tables has faded significantly, and the wood is starting to peel and deteriorate, creating an unappealing and potentially unsafe condition for customers. We had to install the cabinets inside the wardrobes and build the wardrobes in walk in room. Happy for someone to come and look and then source, install the cabinets for us. Not expecting too fancy, a very basic storage in the house. Fantastic furniture or IKEA cabinets are ok. Happy to buy the materials as required. Total budget for material and installing is around 2500

Cut out part of the existing pantry cabinet to fit a standard dishwasher 60cm wide. Clean up the edges where it is cut so it looks neat and finished. Leave enough space in the back for the plumber. If there’s extra space left over, we can either close it off with a panel.

Living room plywood and acqoustic panel work

I have ordered a support beam which has arrived approx 5.3m LVL 300x63 needs to be cut to size (current length is around 5.6m) and inserted below the current support beam in the pictures to allow the wall to be removed and room opened up. Beam to be installed permanently. Just needs a couple of posts either side and beam inserted to withhold the horizontal beams above on which the roof sits. Materials supplied just need someone with tools and skills. Happy to also help insert the beam into place. I don’t have any acrow props or jacks but don’t really think this is needed by supporting the middle of the existing beam at the time of installation but welcome suggestions. Plastering commences Wednesday so need everything ready prior. Also have some other small carpenter jobs and happy to pay extra for those as renovation near completion. Based in Chermside not fussed what time of day the job gets done, should not take long at all. If you have someone that can help you all good, otherwise will find some extra spare hands to assist. Insurance or any warranties on the works undertaken not required. The pic with the red arrow shows the current horizontal support beam and the new beam is to be inserted directly under this allowing the studs supporting the current beam to be removed entirely. I had dismantled a timber hard rail in my yard to install a concrete retaining wall. I have the timber fence post fixtures installed in the concrete sleepers so installing timber will be easier and more robust. It’s a Hampton style handrail. The timber handrail needs to be installed I got the timber. Additional timber can be purchased. Total length22m Need to install handrail and paint it white The concrete sleepers at 2.4m wide typically. So to be safe you would need to measure it out again. Best way to look at this project is to set out what material is needed for the handrail. Use much of the existing and then just buy new material from Bunnings as needed. That keeps the project nice and simple.

I need this entertainment cabinet which is built into the kitchen cabinetry removed. It is attached to the floor, the pantry and the wall. The space does not have to be restored (this will be fixed at a later date) but I need minimal damage. I have built a home gym lifting platform and bought a commercial quality weight rack. I would like someone to secure the rack to the platform with fixings I’ve bought. Need an impact driver and I don’t have one. There’s 4 posts to be fixed with 3 screws in each, m10x50mm. Sitting on 18mm ply and 2 sheets of 12mm structa panel
