Carpenter Wanted – Small Internal Renovation (Leederville, WA) I'm looking for an experienced carpenter to complete a small internal renovation. Scope of work: Build 2 new internal partition walls. Install 2 new door frames. Supply and install 2 lockable doorknobs with keys and privacy locks. Build a new wall and doorway to permanently close off the existing sliding-door opening between the dining room and living room, as shown on the attached floor plan (yellow markings). Rotted wood in plank of step as pictured. Needs replacing, ideally painted same colour. I don’t have the wood. May need to replace stairs overall. Unsure, and need your guidance.

Recent water leak through the roof caused water stains/molds to be formed on walls and carpets. Carpet is still damp due to the water and smells a little. Fine cracks have appeared on the ceiling. Need service for carpet cleaning and drying, walls and ceiling cleaning of stains and just repair of the fine cracks on ceiling. Area affected is relatively small which is just a portion of a studio bedroom but want the job to be professionally done. We need a cabinet maker / carpenter to clear a space for a dishwasher. We have two possible options in terms of location for the dishwasher (see images). Both are in close proximity to power and sink. Unsure as to whether we would need a free standing or built in dishwasher happy to be advised. See images.
