Need my stairs and hand rails sanded down and restained with a similar colour to the timber floor next to it. Please provide stain and all required products for the job. Stairs are not timber but about 3mm thick vineer so please take extra care when sanding. Require an oil based stain.

Sanding required only on step part ( not on riser) , approx 10 steps , wood type is pine . You would require your own tools

I am looking to get custom understairs pullout cabinetry. It's 3m in length. From wall to mid post is 116cm, post is 10cm in thickness. Height is 122cm and then slopes to the end of the stairs. Depth varies from 118cm to 108cm. Looking for an indicative quote. I will reach out for onsite viewing & measurement for the exact price quote.

You’ll need to disassemble and remove the kitchen cabinets to locate the dead mouse, which has gotten into the gap behind and underneath the cabinets, likely through the space behind the dishwasher. The smell confirms the mouse is dead, but it can’t be reached without taking the cabinets apart. Once the mouse is removed, the cabinets will need to be reinstalled.

We’re having a custom-built kitchen installed (not IKEA). All the cabinets are already built and getting delivered on monday morning– they just need to be fitted. The benchtops, electrics and plumbing is all being done by someone else, you dont need to do any of it, just install the cabinets. We need you to take out the old kitchen and refit half of it downstairs, so that needs to be installed at the same time you take it out. There are also push to open mechanisms that need to be fitted in the laundry and pantry (which is already built) and 4 additional cabinets that need to be fitted downstairs that are not part of the kitchen that is coming out. They are kaboodle, built and ready to get installed. And there are a couple of additional panels that still need to be installed in the pantry. I'm looking for someone experienced in kitchen installations who is available anytime between Sunday 14th September and Thursday 18th September. Ideally, this would be on an hourly rate. I have put in $150 to cover the first hour, and I can do each hour as an invoice or through airtasker. I am open to offers on how you would like to do this. Ideally starting on Monday 15th September morning. Someone quoted 8 hours for 2 guys previously. Please get in touch if you’re available.

The existing bottom wooden door frame has rotted and dislodged, and it needs to be replaced. I am looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to: 1. Remove the damaged frame (it has been removed by myself) 2. Build a new bottom wooden door frame. 3. Install the new bottom frame securely in place. We need to remove a section of our kitchen cabinet so that we can fit a taller fridge in the space under where the accent is now. When the cabinet is removed, the side of the connecting cabinets will be a bit rough looking, so a solution to that will be needed. The removed cabinet would then ideally be attached to the wall in the laundry.
