Dissemble and dispose of Two small built-in wardrobes. Fix the timber floor and perimeter skirting to the nearest corner of a small room, skirting to be painted with the paint provided by me. Floor boards to be provided by me. Carpenter would be preferred for this job.

Task: Create 2 replacement side rails for a Snooze King Single bed frame and then assembly of the frame. I have a King Single bed frame that is missing both side rails. I own the Single size in the same bed, for reference of the screw hole placement and measurements. I have the KS bed ends, slats and fixings. I just need two new side rails made to fit: Dimensions (each rail): • Length: 210 cm • Height: 12 cm • Thickness: 2.3 cm Material: Solid timber (preferably oak or similar strength/tone to match existing frame) They need a Continuous slat support ledge (~2 cm) running the full length They also need the Bolt holes and cut-outs at each end to fit the headboard/footboard screws.

Looking for a reliable and experienced handyman or carpenter to repair damaged wooden eaves/fascia boards on a tiled roof (see attached photo for reference). The timber appears weathered and partially rotted in several spots, and will likely need replacement or reinforcement, followed by sealing and painting.
