Replace existing rottem wood on patio with new timber

Putting in new kitchen cabinets and looking for someone to build a bulkhead. Width is 3.2m and height is approximately 220mm. New cabinets will be wall-to-wall, with the existing canopy rangehood to be replaced by an undermount rangehood. Please refer to the picture for the space where the bulkhead is to be built. Please ignore the budget listed as unsure what a reasonable cost would be.

Needing a carpenter to create an opening in our kitchen for a new dishwasher install

I have two bentwood stools that are too tall for my bar height table. Need them sawn down by ~200mm, planed, sealed and returned so they match. Job would suit a furniture maker or carpenter. - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 December 2023

There are 2 task that I need the help of a handyman. Please, only put an offer if you know how to do these: 1 - Adjust 2 internal hollow doors. They open and close fine, but slightly scrape on the jambs when closing. I can see a slight gap on the hinges' side of the doors, so it seems the hinges' pins might need a minor adjustment.(don't have a photo for that, but the indoor doors are modern hollow, nothing complicated. 2 - Outside, there is a gap on the bottom of a wall that needs to covered by 3 wood bits replaced - I don't have the exact measurements, but approximately 180cm, at the most 2m to be on the safe side. See photo attached for your reference, as you can see, the gap has been temporarily covered with some planks held down by bricks, however I need something similar to what's on the bottom left side of the wall. Not too fussed about the type of wood used, as long as it's secured in a similar way to the other wall. The walls are made of concrete, so you might need masonry nails to secure the wood. There's also one wood bit lose in another spot, that needs to be resecured (nailed back in). I definitely need this done tomorrow (Saturday) from 3pm or Sunday from round 2pm. Unfortunately it cannot be done earlier. Depending on how this goes, I might have a few other maintenance tasks going forward. Thanks, DJ - Due date: Before Sunday, 18 June 2023

Install a 2 metre long awning on a wooden board outdoor. Weight of awning is approximately 7.5 kg. Height from ground is approximately 2.5 metres. I will have the awning assembled.
