Hi, I have a basic cutting job for 28 sheets of 2400mm x 1150mm 15mm MDF and 2400mm x 600mm 28 sheets of 6mm MDF. All designs are the same. Please see below. That means you can stack sheets and cut them at the same time. -The 15mm MDF can stack 2 times and requires 22 cuts (mostly straight with some at an angle) -The 6mm MDF can stack 5 times and requires 6 straight cuts. I will supply and unload all the MDF sheets to your location (i can unload half if you don't enough space and then take what you have done + unload another batch). If required, I can supply Dewalt Circular Saw, Makita Router, Heavy Duty Saw Horses... etc. I also have a template of the shape in the 15mm mdf sheet for you to trace the design if you like. All measurements will be supplied. Please view photo for sheet size attached and cutting plans. Note that with a circular saw, I was able to cut two sheets of 15mm MDF wood at the same time and 5 sheets of 6mm at the same time. NOTE: all the rectangular pieces are 60cm, the drawing is a little off. I will supply measurements for each piece. If possible, will need you to sand the edges (you can clamp all the pcs togethor and sand). Potential for ongoing work. 100 per month. ($4000 budget month).Wood is always supplied.
