I need a scratch sanded out of 2 floorboards and stained

Deck sanded and stained including steps. Deck dimensions roughly 7.7m x 7.2m.

If you have wood CNC router machine and extra space in warehouse, forklift with driver, office space - to share, Within say 30 km of Airport West - 3042 I am flexible on use of CNC machine - can use on weekends to stay out of your way on weekdays or on weekdays for couple of hours. Happy to adjust within your schedule. Space i may need is 50sqm to 100 sqm. I have a business idea that I want to try out and if it grows , I will move out of the sharing or if you want to sell the business , i may buy it. But all that for later.
