Main concrete damage was due to heavy truck reversing onto driveway, but im sure there is tree roots making the issues worse over the last few years. Hi, need a licensed draftsman\architect to design the plans for the below: 1. Renovate current bathroom (wall to be removed between the powder room and bathroom) 2. Add an ensuite to the master bedroom (wall needs to be removed between 2 rooms to accomodate the bathroom) 3. My driveway has two spots where the pavers have sunk. Both around 75cm across. One of them is quite deep around an inch or two, the other is very gradual and not much of a problem. Would like a quote to fix just the bad one, or both. Assemble a garden shed (that I've purchased from Bunnings) on a pre-existing concrete slab in our backyard, picture of location and shed type attached. Dimensions = 2.3 x 3.0 x 2.3m Front Gable Single Sliding Door Shed. Task instructions: 1) Review shed MODEL: 30302GK instructions on the Absco sheds website. 2) Bring a power drill for tightening screws, eye protection, hammer and philips head screw driver. (I will provide a 2 meter ladder) 3) Assemble shed, I work next door so can come and help hold bits at key moments if required. 4) Clean up shed package materials into our recycling bin (There is a place to safely park your vehicle and you are welcome to use the church toilets (next to our house) during the job.) This is a 2024 construction. I've been living here several months now. I did not do a pre-purchase report, but I'd like to do one now. This should be a comprehensive report, including the external areas, plumbing, the roof, roof plumbing and gutters, pest, outdoor concreting and structural. I'd prefer if you are a registered builder or have a master builder license.
