Bosch front-loading washing machine (EcoSilence Drive) showing an E18 error (drainage issue). I’ve already manually drained the water through the black outlet hose, but the pump filter cap is stuck and won’t turn anticlockwise as it should. Possibly something jammed behind the filter. Looking for someone with experience in Bosch appliances or washing machine repairs to: • Safely remove the stuck filter cap • Clear any obstruction • Confirm the machine drains properly afterward Location: Tarragindi Timing: Available [insert your preferred time – e.g. “after 6pm weekdays” or “this weekend”] Please bring your own tools.
