Need to install roller blinds on 4 windows, I am attaching the picture of the blinds for specifications and tools required. Also need to remove the old blinds before installing the new ones

1 Venetian Blind & 1 Double Roller Blind installed in bedrooms. We already have the blinds.

4 sets of horizontal blinds strings broken, 2 of these not rotating well so blinds don't open and close. 1 broken slat. 1 set of vertical blinds string is broken so can't pull all louvres to the side to open and close all the blinds, also 3 louvres have broken off, doesn't have a lower chain. Would be great to have the vertical blinds cleaned also if possible, rate open for negotiation.
