Mount ~2.5m Wide Whiteboard onto Concrete Wall: Mount a large whiteboard (~2.5m wide) onto a solid concrete wall. Tools Required: Must bring a laser precision marking device / cross-line laser level to ensure exact leveling across the 2.5m span, plus an impact/hammer drill with concrete masonry bits. Fixings: Expansion screws are provided. There are 6 pre-drilled marking points on the frame. Note: I will assist with lifting and holding the whiteboard in place during mounting. 2. Skirting Board Installation (~2.8m Run): Cut and install a ~2.8m long timber skirting board along the floor edge at the base of the wall. Tools Required: Saw/drop saw to trim a standard 3m length down to size, plus suitable construction adhesive/fixings. 3. Bar Table Base Assembly: Secure the thick wooden legs to the underside of a bar table top. Tools Required: Heavy-duty drill/driver with long timber bits capable of drilling pilot holes through thick wooden leg blocks. Fixings: 75mm long screws and washers will be provided on-site. Requirements: Must bring a laser level, impact drill (for concrete), high-torque drill with wood bits, saws, and general hand tools. Hi , looking for someone this weekend to help put skirting boards in the bedrooms. We have four bedrooms. 2 rooms will need full skirtings on all sides the other 2 room just 1/2 sides. And alittle in our hallway. The skirting boards will need to be cut to size where needed and also holes for the electrical/switch. Looking for someone avail this weekend. Commercial property skirting board or channel has lifted off

Need the bottom half of one gyprock wall in a small bedroom (approx 3 x 1.5m) and a skirting board replaced. They have water damage from a leaking pipe. The plumbing has been sorted, just need the wall made ready to paint.

This skirting board had some moisture damage in the bathroom on right side. The moisture has been fixed, but the skirting board was damaged and the backing has also collapsed in the damaged area. The length of the skirting board is approximately 22cm long x 6cm. I need the wall cavity packed out/patched and a new section of moisture-resistant skirting board fitted and sealed. No painting required. I am looking for a reliable local long-term handyman/carpenter for future jobs.

Looking for a handy man to install decorative skirting boards up our small hallway and one wall in our living room. All skirting boards supplied. No gap filling or painting required as I can do this.

I have 2 floating shelves that are leaning slightly down. I want the secured better onto the wall. I also have a small landing where I’ve laid flooring but I need trim installed around the skirting (I have the trim itself so I don’t need that supplied)

I have completed some works at home and now need assistance in plastering a hole in the wall measuring 35x72cm with the skirting board section below also requiring replacing. Looking for someone to come asap to fix up, no need to paint, I can sort that out.

Sand wall and add approx 3-5 more white gloss tiles to bathroom wall (see photo), between vanity and shower. (8 x 300x600mm tiles supplied). Also cut a smallish piece of skirting board to fit under drawer of vanity which comes out right against the wall, and glue/secure it back in place. No painting needed

In preparation for timber floor installation we need the skirting boards removed. The skirting may be reused so must be removed carefully with care taken not to damage the walls. The rooms included are living, hallway, dining, laundry, powder room.

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. I have two bedrooms that I am getting floorboards put in. Have removed the existing skirting boards prior to the floor boards, Wanting someone to come in and install new skirting boards. My plan is to paint the boards after installation, so wanting a primed MDF It will be about 3 walls of each bedroom. Total linear metre about 20 metres. See plan I will pay for the skirting boards separately. Cost is for installation labour which includes the installation, filling in nail holes/mitre joint gaps etc, sand of filled areas. The wall is plasterboard i believe. The floor has been levelled so hoping the board will be flush to the floorboards, but if not will need to trim the bottom the board accordingly Hoping to have this done later in the week eg Wed/Thurs/Friday

Hello, We are looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to repair water-damaged timber skirting board and the lower section of a timber door frame/jamb. The original water leak has already been repaired, so there is no ongoing water issue. As shown in the photos, there is some deterioration/rot and damage to the timber around the bottom of the door frame and adjacent skirting board. We are looking for someone to: • Assess the extent of the damaged timber • Remove any damaged/rotted sections as required • Repair or replace the affected timber/skirting • Ensure the repaired area is solid, neat and properly finished • Sand, fill and prepare the area for painting • Repaint the repaired sections so they blend in with the existing door frame/skirting We are after a quality, neat finish, as this is inside our home and we are preparing the property for sale. Timing: We need the job completed by Wednesday 26th August. We work from home most days, so there is some flexibility around the day/time and we can generally provide access during business hours.
