I need a professional sander to sand flaky oil based paint from ornate skirting board in our hallway. Including getting into some of the grooves as the skirting board is old/ ornate. Started the job myself but finding it too hard without all equipment.

I'm looking for a skilled person to help cut more than 20 skirting boards for my project. I will paint them after cutting and install myself. It’s just the cutting I need a hand with. Here are the key details: All skirting boards are MDF - at least I think they are, they are just basic Bunnings skirts By my count, there are about 50-60 cuts required (assuming each straight wall edge needs 2 cuts) Cutting should be done outdoors  You must bring your own mitre saw - sorry I don’t have one All measurements should be double-checked before cutting - please don’t trust my measurements, they are likely to be wrong  Offcuts can be left on-site when finished I'd love to find someone who is detail-oriented and has experience with carpentry or similar work. Great communication would be appreciated so we get everything cut correctly the first time! Flexible with timing and happy to work around your schedule. My dog has managed to chew about 8 of our skirting edges and i need them fixed asap since we are renting

We had some skirting board installed, it was very poorly done. We need it ripped out and new installed. Not whole house it is only hallways. Quote for labour only, need to measure and go to Bunnings to find the correct skirting.

Need to patch 6 holes in a plastered wall, and sand and patch 1 skirting board
