Skirting board in the bathroom seems to have come loose from the wall. Not sure if its from shower leakage or just age. Also need shower head tightened

We have 3 x TVs to mount onto the walls. We have 6 x picture hooks to secure in studs We have 1 skirting board to remove so we can fit our fridge in the available space.

Replace approx 23mtres of new skirting boards. Old skirting boards are removed and new ones already on site. Put VJ wall panelling on one wall, the wall is 11metres long and each panel is 2400 x 1200 wide and I am wanting the height of the panelling 1200 high so each panel needs to be cut on from 2400 high to 1200 high. There is a nail head sticking out behind the skirting need it removed so doesn’t scratch toliet door and skirting fitted back properly
