Hi there. I got my floors done recently and they didn’t do the skirting boards. My dad tried to this, and did a pretty horrible job. I feel horrible telling him this so I’m hoping I can get someone in to fix them. Please see some photos below of the work. My dad has done that I will need replacing on. I need the lower floor which includes a hallway, lounge area and kitchen complete completed. Only a small townhouse. Would prefer somebody with qualifications as I don’t want another botched job. I need someone who is comfortable fixing the problem and doing it again.

A few details about the job: - Walls are rendered - Unit is on Level 2 (two flights of stairs) - Electricity is available on site - Unit is vacant, no furniture, and the subfloor is currently exposed - Skirting required in all areas except the kitchen and wet areas- approx 90sqm - Floorplan is available if needed The key requirement is that installation must be completed before carpet is laid on 20 December, so we are hoping to confirm availability as soon as possible.
