Find a professional balustrading contractor in Inner West Sydney

Hello ! Looking for someone to cover the existing balustrade or replace it to look like this one. We had this installed in November last year and it is so ugly and unfinished. I have a reference of what we have and what we are thinking we need.

Sanding of balustrades to bare wood. 3 panels - 1m,2m and 2m all 1m high. Bring own tools and consumables.

Repair and strengthen timer posts (rotten at the bottom ) maybe by galvanised steel bracket between the posts and the timber deck .

We need a balustrade to go around two sides of an outdoor landing (pictured). Total length is 2.3 metres with one right angle. All on level brickwork. Ideally it would match S/S balustrade (pictured) but different materials would be considered.

Install 7 wrought iron balustrades into a metal rail. Rail needs to be raised. One of the metail rail is damaged and may need replacing. The rail also goes into brickwork on one side and will need to be puttied up as it has crumbled in my attempt to do this job myself. Some of the nail/pins that hold the balustrade in place have broken in them and will need to be removed, probably by drilling them out. - Due date: Flexible

I have 2 balustrades, front and rear of house. I need someone to: - Sand excess rust off front balustrade - Protect & Paint front balustrade 2 coats - Second coat back balustrade. - Stain timber both balustrades - Paint supplied by us Note: rear balustrade was already painted 1 coat but needs the cut outs properly coated and faces repainted. The other balcony has been sanded on the internal face but needs a light resanding. The street side has not been sanded yet. Also note, the balustrades are naturally made to rust, so we are painting them with an anti-rust to change the appearance. So you don’t need to remove the rust 100%. It’s always going to be there, you just need to do your best to remove as much as possible for a clean repaint. We’ve done most of the work anyway, main concern is the street side as I can’t get up on the ladder to sand/paint and I’m pregnant. We have a ladder you can work off for the driveway earlier, you can bring something else if you have something more suitable. See photos for details. We need a qualified carpenter or experienced timber worker to do 2 jobs....preferably both in the one day, but flexible with this. JOB 1 - Install 32 more rows of wire balustrade on our deck (8 of these are approx. 4m in length; 16 are approx. 2m in length and 8 are approx. 1.2m in length). For the 4m long rows, there's a 9mm timber post to drill through to get the wire fed through. All Merbau. Our deck builder had no accountability for building codes! We need this fixed for certification purposes. See attached photos - basically need to insert a row in between each row to reduce the gap to around 600mm instead of 1200mm. It's quality Merbau timber so we need someone who knows what they're doing with a drill and screws. I have all the stainless steel clips kits and 3.2mm (7x7) galvanised wire, so it's just the labour and your tools that we need, so you need to bring a swage tool that's appropriate for these measurements. JOB 2 - Install 2 x timber merbau or hard wood privacy screens against our existing fence (steel posts will likely be required for support). We will supply the screens - they are approx. 1800 x 900 each screen. Thank you
