We were involved in a car accident last week and my car has been written off by insurance company ~ I still have a DUNE side awning, dash cam, car stereo, and leather seats that I would like to remove from the vehicle before it goes to wrecking ~ can anyone help me with this tomorrow morning? Car will also be moved for easier access for removal of items.

Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

One of the pivot screws has broken off and requires a replacement. This part pivots the awning up and down once its been extended out.

Hi there, my second storey metal awning has been wrecked from the winds and half of it has come off (see photos) I'd like some one to remove it and take the scrap away. It's fairly high up, around~7m and hoping it is not too much of an issue. Also the aluminnium panels are fairly long and would need to cut/folded before scraping. Budget is very flexible as my insurance provider needs me to remove asap. Thank you!

I bought the plastic awning from Bunnings which needs to be installed outside of the mantionry wall. I don’t have the drill bit as the hole needs to be drilled to 95mm deep with 10mm diameter drill

Need the awning dismantled leave material on site it doesn’t have to be removed and can be damaged don’t need to be careful

I have a job on today where I need an offsider to hold one end of a roller shutter awning. We will be on ladders with planks going across. You don’t need to be able to use tools or anything, just be able to hold one end of the roller shutter whilst I fix it in place, There are 2 awnings to fit.

We put these plastic/perspex awnings up but had to shift one higher so it cleared the door. We'd like the bigger one to be the same height as the smaller one. It's probably about a 30 minute job. This might be a 2 or 3 person job due to the size - it's not heavy, it's just a bit awkward as the middle bracket isn't screwed in and can come apart if not supported. I can help to hold the middle up if this will be easier for you. Ideally the old holes will be filled and the slight gap from the top of the awning to the wall sealed.

I need two exterior jobs completed: Awnings – 4 polycarbonate awnings (approx. 5.5 kg each, flat-packed). Brackets and fixings supplied. Each awning needs to be assembled and installed on an exterior fibre cement wall. Work involves constructing the awnings, locating studs, drilling through fibre cement, and securely fixing into studs. Aircon duct cover – The plastic cover protecting outdoor aircon pipes/cables (approx. 2–3 m) needs replacing. Old cover removed, new ducting fitted. Either supply new ducting (reimbursed) or advise me what size to purchase. Requirements: Must have own ladder and tools (drill, stud finder, etc.) Experience with exterior handyman/awning or aircon work preferred Seal holes as needed for weatherproofing.
