Its a motor and remote operated Awning and extends full. It just needs to be realigned and adjusted to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its too low on full extension.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. In a big wind storm about a month ago - the awning above our front door was blown off. It then came crashing down and has bent slightly. We need it repaired and reattached please. You will need to navigate our staircase. I think you'll need to bend one arm of it back so it is straight. Then reattach with new attachments. Hi there, I am looking for a builder or handyman to construct and fix a 4m x 1.5m awning to my balcony. I am able to pay cash. The awning is going to be over a balcony, however it is on the second storey of the property. I have attached images of the location and general area. I would like a translucent polycarbonate sheet, intention is to keep the weather off the back door.
