Qualified Fridge and Plumbing Installation required for new Samasung fridge freezer. Needs to lifted off polystyrene packing base and connected water supply to maintain warranty. We are in a rental, so either needs non- peanut connection to outside tap on wall just outside and through kitchen window behind where fridge is, or under sink with dish washer tap, but will need a two way connector.

The cord coming from the power box is broken.

Install a wall mounted dryer

oven making a high pitched squeaking noise when running. Oven works perfectly otherwise. No performance or heating issues. I suspect the rear fan may be loose or need adjustment but I am not certain. Looking for someone experienced with ovens to inspect, diagnose, and advise or fix if possible. This should be a quick and straightforward job. Access is easy and I am flexible on timing.
