Oven Element won’t work & can not light gas stove top

Our ILVE dishwasher IVSD60 has a fresh water leak. To manage it, we need to briefly (for approx 10 sec) run the dishwasher twice a day which clears the water. If we forget to drain and it overflows, the dishwasher won’t start until it is tilted to remove the excess water. We suspect the leak is coming from the inlet valve. The dishwater drain hole seems to be clear.
