I'd like someone to please fix our washing machine. It's been running well for quite a few years, but recently started making a bit more noise than usual towards the end of the spin cycle & then eventually stopped spinning all together. When I attempt a wash now, it will start as normal, but instead of actually spinning, makes an odd humming sound. Please let me know if you have any questions. Remove gas water heater

Need to uninstall gas water heater (see picture). Not installing a new one, so need the gas line all capped and closed off in a professional manner. It is in a tight spot along the side of the house. I can take it to the tip myself, just need a certified gas plumber to remove it and safely cap the gas.

Van runs okay but dies when revs go low stopped at traffic lights etc. was checking the carb out and noticed a broken spring that had fallen off. But of a pain to get to but whole thing potentially repairable with just replacing the spring.
