I’m looking for a quote to professionally install 7 cctv POE cameras, 1 video door bell and NVR at my two-storey house. These are Reolink devices.

I’ve sold my property in North Perth and require an electrical compliance certificate. Also require a new light for range hood and a light doesn’t work at the front of my garage, may need replacing or wired correctly. Build inspection also came back with deteriorating wiring on the roof which I believe is from an old security system.

My LG condenser dryer (model TD-C80NPW) is leaking water from the bottom, specifically from the back-left corner. I have checked the top water collection container, and water is successfully entering it, so the issue does not seem to be with the condensation process itself. The problem appears to be in the drainage or internal pump system. Remove a stacked washer and dryer from surrounding cabinetry. This is mounted above a drawer so will need a lifter trolley. Modify cabinetry (MDF) to remove cabinet draw. Reinstall a new stacked washer/dryer at floor level in modified cabinet surrounds.

We recently renovated the kitchen and as part of the renovation demolished a large range-hood bulkhead and installed a new off-the shelf stainless steel hood. The hood is short of reaching the ceiling (100-50mm), leaving the flex-duct exposed. We need this extended or boxed-out and painted. The existing cornices stopped at the old bulkhead and need to be extended and painted. General patching and making good on the wall in this area. If you have capability the below also need doing: - replacement of hardware on kitchen door - modification to cabinet (drilling of penetration and removal of base and skirting) and connection of dishwasher (we already have the dishwasher)

I dropped my smeg coffee machine and now the lid on it is raised on one side and one of the buttons on it isnt working. I havent tried if the machine still works but the other buttons do still function so i assume its ok. The other parts look fine so im hoping this is something easy to fix.

Looking for disconnection of old gas stove and connection/install of a newer gas stove. Must be qualified gas plumber.

My bedroom lets in noise off the street, I would like to stop noise coming in as much as possible.

Washing machine not draining water and doesn't spin anymore

I need to swap out an old range hood with a new one. Same model - ILVE CU89-60

Rattling sound coming from new portable aircon (Kogan). Seems to be linked to evaporator unit or similar as only comes on intermittently during operation. Stops when plastic panel is held. Seems component or screws are loose from transport. See video here: https://youtu.be/hQOXXsety9I

Our dishwasher is no longer sitting snugly under the counter and tips forward when any pressure is placed on the door. We need it reset back in place so it doesn’t move.

Re string clothes line. Cord has snapped

Old natural has bbq connected to house gas connection. Unsure how to disconnect safely.
