Hey mate so water fills up ice tray but when the ice tray turns it buckles and falls out than when it’s supposed to spin back up right it obviously doesn’t so than the water comes out to fill the tray and the trays not there and water pours out everywhere

We have a new 7kg sensor dryer for our new home. We need it secured onto the wall which has been tiled to the roof. The dryer has brackets included but nothing for masonry.
