Take down existing clothes dryer and hang new dryer

Hi, I’m a large middle aged man and need help connecting the washing machine to the hot and cold water taps under the sink in a brand new apartment. The hoses are long enough, however the taps are in an awkward position which needs someone more flexible than I to reach them. They also have metal caps as per photo that need to come off to attach hose and I just can’t reach well enough it’s too small for me.

I need to have my bottom kitchen cabinets remodelled to allow for a dishwasher to be installed. I’m happy to get a smaller sink and new bench top as I believe this is the only way it will work. I have already gotten a PowerPoint installed. I can get someone seperate to install the dishwasher if this is out of your scope. I mainly need someone creative and willing to give it a crack to come and look at the kitchen to see what’s possible.

Beko Dishwasher not working, error code E01. Leakage at the bottom of the machine behind kick plate.

1 x single bed frame to be set up, 1 x double frame to be set up, washing machine is unboxed and next to water pipes - just needs connecting properly.

2 yo Whirldpool Washer/dryer combo machine not drying clothes properly. Washing is fine still working however dryer setting, everything is coming out damp no matter how long the cycle. Seeking someone to come out and diagnose and resolve if possible. Thank you.

Modify kitchen cabinetry to fit dishwasher. Remove cabinet doors, cut kickboard. Fit in alternate shelving. Open to suggestions. I have melamine timber ready for modifying if required.
