I have a wall mounted fan that has stopped working. Need to take that down and then put up replacement. The bracket is fine and already installed just the fan itself to be taken down and up. Pretty simple I just don't have the tools myself and a 2nd person is helpful to lower it. I can assemble the new one.

Is anyone out there a wizz with fixing washing machines?! We just moved house and had to reconnect our washing machine up and reconfigure the hose - it’s now no longer draining properly! My husband attempted to YouTube and follow the instructions to remove the valve at the bottom to drain the water but unfortunately it’s still not working! I’m desperate for this to be fixed today due to the volume of washing that is now piling up!
