Hi, I need a jack of all trades to help with some things around the house. Install washing machine, install a lock on door, fix toilet seat and fix broken tap. My tenants reside in the property and they said these are the issues so ideally I’d want someone to go over to have a proper look first what they are needing repair.

I was cleaning the condenser in my heat pump dryer, dryer was working beforehand but not drying the clothes properly so I cleaned the condenser and then as I turned the dryer back on the drum would not spin thinking it may be the belt or capacitor. Need it fixed ASAP.

Old Brivis Wombat 120 ducted gas heater experiencing intermittent electrical/control issues. Symptoms: * Heater sometimes randomly starts during the night even when the wall controller is completely OFF. * When this happens, the system only blows cold air. * Repetitive clicking/chattering (“tick tick tick”) sound coming from inside the unit. * Occasionally attempts ignition repeatedly: ignite → flame goes out → retries multiple times → then blows cold air only. * Power reset (turning power off completely for several minutes) temporarily fixes the issue and heater works normally again for some time. * A few weeks ago there was a noticeable electrical/burning smell which triggered the smoke alarm once, although no visible smoke was seen. After leaving the unit powered off for a few days, it worked normally again. * Suspected issue may be related to PCB/control board, relay, transformer, or ignition control.

Uninstall smeg dishwasher and reinstall Bosch new dishwasher. Dishwasher is next to old dishwasher and just needs to be installed.

Dishwasher fills and starts first part of cycle. Washes. As it progresses to next cycle, it doesn't go.. arms don't exert water and just makes a loud HUM SOUND like it's still stuck on previous cycle or clicked over to next cycle. The reserve is full of water and the time counts down still. It also has a tap icon next to the cycle time. Last time, I called repair guys out, they said the pipe was kinked and it needed to be readjusted.. cost me a call out fee and they just slightly moved the dishwasher. I've pulled out and tried out it on cycle. I've pulled out the dish washer and tried again to put a cycle through.. same problem. Oh now it has a E1 and a tap icon. Jesus christ

Looking for a licensed plumber to install the plumbing for our new kitchen sink, mixer and connect the dishwasher. We are renovating our kitchen, cabinetry has already gone in, along with the integrated dishwasher (Fisher and paykel double dish drawer). I have a top load LG washing machine that leaks water from the bottom.

Have moved into a new house. Require old oven to be disconnected, removed and disposed. New oven to be installed and connected.

I have two little issues needing fixing. One being I need help to adjust the feet of my washing machine - they’re not level and it makes so much noise when washing. The second is a toilet seat. I’ve taken it off and tightened it, but it keeps getting really loose. Not sure if it needs a part or something else.
