I have exposed all the pipes. need to cut existing pipe, and change the configuration to allow plumbing for a sink AND a washing machine. Currently only plumbing to sink. Also to cap/ remove the plumbing for a foot tap in the shower. Photo of both exposed pipes attached. I can mud up wall after. Only adjusting plumbing required.

I have a Vulcan gas heater. The pilot will not stay on I believe. So everyone morning I when to manually ignite the burner and leave for work. After I'm back from work in the evening, the burner has gone. I believe when I ignite the burner in the morning when it reach a certain temp, the burner will turn off because the pilot light is not working, so the burner wouldn't be able to be reignite after the temperature drop.

The freezer leaks water and this is due to ice forming on the drain tray. I have cleared the drain hole and the drain tray of ice but few days later ice get formed on the drain tray.
