My LG 693L Side by Side Refrigerator with Ice and Water plus Homebar from 2012 has stopped cooling. It's not maintaining a cold temperature. We thought it was ice buildup and shut it for 24 hours, still not working. I'm unsure of the cause – maybe problem with the thermostat, or something else entirely. Availability: Mostly available Mondays and Tuesdays, or on weekends for someone to check it out.
Edwin inspected and gave us a good advice. He got his job done efficiently and well.
