Once fridge is turned on from wall, it starts making an intermittent sound as if trying to turn on (cycle repeats every 2 seconds or so). The "LED display" turns on and off intermittently during each cycle. Currently, the fridge is not cooling at all. The inside lights are working when the doors are open.
