My washing machine is not working. The supplier has said it is not a manufacturing fault but something seems to be stuck in the pump. They’ve given some instructions to how to clear the pump but I don’t feel confident doing it myself. I need someone to come to my house and clear the pump for me and hopefully get my washing machine going again! Someone with experience with white goods please. I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals. However, the shutter itself won’t go up or down. It just stays in place. I am not sure if it’s stuck? The shutter doesn’t seem to be responding properly even though the motor appears to be active.
