Handle on washing machine broken. Needs to be reattached, if possible. Was pulled too hard while jammed and the plastic snapped.

Need someone to come and have a look at Haier washing machine. It’s going through the cycle and not draining. Then saying clean filter. Have checked filter and emptied it out but still having an issue. Possibly an issue with the drainage at the back but it’s too heavy for us to lift out. Will pay for any parts additionally if required.
