We have an electric opening skylight on our roof (relatively easy to access). It’s 7 years old and needs a new motor installing. The current motor is no longer in production so need someone who's up for sourcing a new outdoor window motor installing it and a new rain sensor. There are other motors from the same manufacturer still available - but I'm not sure if the 'connection' to the window mechanism is the same - it may need some alteration or replacement to fit the new motor.
