The successful person will inspect the property upon a pre arranged date and time, communicate which model to purchase (from Bunnings), which I or they can purchase and install upon approval (reimbursable separately, but receipt has to be provided) They will also need to provide a compliance certificate. Remove Smeg canopy rangehood and install Whispair under-cabinet rangehood with ducting through tiled roof . I have the Whispair rangehood and ducting kit (see photos). The Smeg appears to currently be ducted into the internal roof space only. It's a painted plasterboard wall behind. Kitchen is ground floor of 2 storey townhouse. A cabinetmaker is going to build a matching white cupboard to house the Whispair in early-mid August. I'm assuming the Smeg can be removed and the Whispair ducting work can be done before then?

Install a Ring floodlight/ security camera and link to existing similar unit already installed.

The other half said he'll do it but I'm hoping to have it signed off by someone with a license. 😉 See products attached along with pictures of what they're replacing. All same size, no carpentry required.
