Tony is an awesome legend. One look at the photo of the dangling masthead, he straight away identified the problem and sure enough it was water that entered the mast head amplifier. He was great at communication, polite and punctual. He replaced the mast head and cables as discussed and TV reception was restored in 30 mins. He used several heavy duty cable ties to secure mast head and cables. Very happy with the outcome !!. Thanks.
