I am seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to assist in drafting and formatting a Family Law Affidavit (parenting & Property) for submission to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. I have an initial draft, however I feel it is deficient in evidence which I wish to expand on. I will provide the supporting annexures, and evidentiary material. Some information may be provided by discussion through teams. Your role will be to: • Compile and format the affidavit in accordance with the Family Law Rules. • Properly reference and incorporate annexures into the affidavit • Ensure correct paragraph numbering, structure, and presentation suitable for court filing • Prepare the document in Microsoft Word • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process Requirements: • Demonstrated experience preparing affidavits or legal documents in Australian Family Law • Strong attention to detail, formatting, and legal compliance • Ability to work remotely and collaborate using OneDrive (for file sharing) and Microsoft Teams (for communication) • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement, if required Timeframe: • Immediate start required • Estimated 15-20 hours of work, to be completed by Sunday night Budget: • Preference for applicants who charge an hourly rate; please include your rate and relevant experience in your offer If you do not have access to OneDrive or Teams, an alternate secure method of communication may be arranged.
