MYOB & Xero Payroll / Accounting Support Required (Ongoing Relationship Preferred) I operate a small Australian furniture manufacturing business and have recently transitioned from MYOB to Xero. Xero has already been set up and I have an external accountant, however I am looking for an experienced MYOB/Xero professional who can assist with several outstanding items and provide ongoing support when required. Immediate tasks include: Reviewing and finalising MYOB end-of-year payroll information. Ensuring payroll records are correct between MYOB and Xero. Assisting with employee payroll migration into Xero. Reviewing superannuation setup and ensuring compliance. Checking payroll balances, leave accruals and employee records. Reviewing Xero setup and identifying any issues or improvements. Assisting with any payroll or accounting questions as they arise. About the business: Australian furniture manufacturer. Small team of employees. Currently operating both MYOB and Xero during the transition period. Existing accountant is available for tax and compliance advice, however I require practical hands-on assistance with setup, payroll and system management. What I'm looking for: Strong experience with both MYOB and Xero. Australian payroll and superannuation knowledge. Ability to explain things clearly to a non-accountant. Someone I can build an ongoing working relationship with and contact when accounting or software questions arise. Ideally available for remote support via phone, Teams or Zoom. The role includes: * Uploading products and specials into Shopify * Organising supplier images and product information * Creating clean and visually appealing product listings * Assisting with weekly EDM/email marketing campaigns * Updating homepage banners and collections * Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline workflows * Helping maintain a premium and modern website presentation The furniture industry is traditionally very old-school, so we are building a more modern and visually engaging buying platform for retailers.
