Airbnb Cleaner: I'm looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner for a beautiful four-bedroom duplex in Paradise Point, Gold Coast, over the Christmas and New Year period, with the possibility of ongoing work. The property is a premium holiday rental, so attention to detail and presentation are extremely important. The role involves: * Cleaning the entire property between guest stays. * Changing bed linen and making beds beautifully. * Washing and drying sheets, towels and other linen. * Cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors and living areas. * Checking the property against a detailed cleaning guide. * Making sure everything is guest-ready before check-in. * Reporting any damage, missing items or maintenance issues. Ideally, you'd be local to Paradise Point, Hope Island or surrounding suburbs and have previous Airbnb or holiday rental experience. Update - If there is another program or way that this can calculate and look like the image I attached, it doesn’t have to be excel. That is just what my original calculator was done with. Open to other ideas. Please name price. Please tell me the full fee, rather than telling me later that you are needing to charge me more. I’m looking for someone experienced in Excel to create a professional, interactive Menu Sell system for a car dealership. I already have an existing Excel Menu Sell calculator that we currently use, along with an AI-generated design showing roughly how I’d like the new version to look. I’m looking for someone who can bring the design and functionality together. I’d like it to include: * 5 preset aftercare packages and 1 customisable package. * The ability to select or remove individual products. * A finance calculator showing weekly, fortnightly and monthly repayments. * Repayments that automatically update when packages or products are selected. * A separate internal sheet where product pricing and packages can be easily updated. * A modern, professional design with our dealership branding. * The ability to print or save the customer’s selection as a PDF. The main goal is to have something visually appealing, easy to use and interactive when presenting packages to customers. I can provide both the existing Excel calculator and the AI-generated design as references, so the concept and layout are already established. I just need someone with the Excel skills to make it all work properly. Photo is of the current menu sell I have and the other is an image of the new want I want created.
